On Saturday (Feb. 23) we took a day trip out to Universal Studios Hollywood! Once again we were able to share this day with our 2nd family, The Johnsons! Jason and his unit are getting ready to deploy again in April so we took our last trip out of town and made it a day to remember! It may have sprinkled a bit but we enjoyed the day nonetheless. The kids got to spend an entire day with their Dad's uniterrupted. Jenn and I took the day and enjoyed seeing them all spend the time they need together. It was basically our last free weekend together as a family. It was amazing and couldn't have been any better!

After a long day at Universal Studios we spent some time at Citywalk which is located right outside the park. We had dinner at Hard Rock Cafe...soooo good!!! We shopped at the gift stores and drank coffee and cappucino's to stay warm, lol!!

Can't wait for the guys to be done and over with this next deployment so we can take another fun family adventure!!!
