Today Caitlyn had her very first Ballet Recital! I was so proud of her. She really impressed me with not being afraid of being up on a stage in front of a room full of strange faces. She did such a good job. Now, she didn't completely stick the routine but she sure did have fun!! It was such a joy watching her. They did two routines, a ballet routine and a Creative Movement/Jazz routine. I will be posting videos soon of both dances.

This was Caitlyn's first dance class she's ever taken. She has such grace when she really puts her mind into it. Sometimes it's all just fun and games for her but if she really focuses then she really does an amazing job. But I just love seeing her get out there and put her all into something she truly enjoys! From day one she absolutely loved it and I'm sure she'll be pushing me to go back for the next class. I know her Daddy would have loved to see her today! We will be taking her back in the fall so hopefully Daddy will be here to see her Winter Recital!
