Today we went to the Lincoln Military housing carnival. Lincoln Housing is the company that we have our home on base thru. They put together a free event for residents. It wasn't anything big or extravagant but the kids did enjoy themselves and we had fun watching them play!
The kids started off by playing a game where they had to be blind-folded while picking 3 ducks out of a pool. They each picked 3 and they each won a goldfish! Yeah, like what we needed was another
pet just before we move, LOL!!
Here is Caiti and her fish, Goldie!
Then we moved onto the petting zoo. They had a mommy goat and all her babies. Bunnies, chickens and ducks running around. Of course Caiti had an absolute blast here. She has such a love for animals but not the chickens, haha! Cory mainly just wanted to hold a bunny but had a hard time catching one!

After the petting zoo we ran into our other family and began to play some games. They received tickets for each game they played then took them to the prize table to get goodies!

Then the kids decided to do a sac race. Caiti dropped out less than half way thru the race because she couldn't keep up! Cory won this one!! I love how our kids are such good sports and enjoy things whether
After seeing how much fun the kids had in the sac race the dads thought they'd get in on the fun!! Jay and Brian took off with added competition from a stranger...who BEAT both of them!! It was absolutely hilarious watching grown men hop around in sacs!!
I just want to say that I love this man so much!! He is absolutely amazing and gives me all the happiness and love I'll ever need!!
Caiti spotted a clown making balloons and had to have one made for her. She asked for a ladybug and was so excited to see what the clown had made her...it was a ladybug balloon bracelet!! Perfect for our Caiti-bug!!
And as for this lady right here....she is by far the most amazing friend a girl could have!! She brings so much joy to my life!
We could not end the day with some silly pictures!! There is always one or two when we get together!! This picture shows exactly why we love our husbands so much...no matter what they are always willing to put a smile on our faces no matter how dumb they look, ha!!
